On a late afternoon in January, a long time customer called me. Their 18 year old AVAYA Partner system stopped working. I went to the customers site. The ACS processer was a goner. A replacement ACS which was already old, did not make financial or technological sense. I recommend a World Class UcaaS system for them. They readily agreed. So I temporarily forwarded their calls to cell phones. Within 4 days the new UcaaS system was up and working. Everyone's happy and the customer is paying less then they were with POTS lines for their old Partner System.
