Your health and future health matter. Demand what you need. ?? Language matters. Patients need clarity—hearing “this is very serious” versus medical jargon can make all the difference. ?? Shared accountability is key. Sustainable change in healthcare requires all of us—patients, providers, and organizations—to take responsibility. ?? We change how people feel about themselves, which shapes their reality. Let’s build a system where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
