Each year, the Heisman Trophy Trust supports organizations that make a positive impact, especially for our children. Hit the Books in Harlem, New York, is a prime example. Through tutoring, mentorship and mixed martial arts, Hit The Books?provides a safe environment where kids aged 6-13 can succeed intellectually, emotionally, and physically, ?both inside and outside of the classroom. Over the past year, I have been working with Hit the Books as a Board Member and have fallen in love with the mission of empowering students to be resilient, ambitious and compassionate by combining sports-based development approach with tutoring and mentorship. Today, I was lucky enough to host Hit the Books at the New York Salesforce Tower. Thank you to everyone that has supported Hit the Books and participated in today's event. I am incredibly grateful to work at a company that fosters community and encourages these opportunities.
