Calling all interested MENTORS! We're excited to share an opportunity for you to make a lasting impact. This year, the HPGM Scholarship Program is piloting an enhanced format to provide deeper support for scholarship recipients. In addition to receiving a financial award, scholars will be matched with an HPGM mentor for the duration of their scholarship period. Mentors and scholars will connect at least twice per semester (or quarterly) to provide guidance, career insights, and encouragement. Great experience last night with HPGM & their Marquette Chapter. I was able to share my story and some advice through their “Life After HPGM - Finding your Network” panel. Things such as imposter syndrome, discrimination, first generation struggles, and more were discussed. Not only were the questions thought provoking, but also the answers and advice of strong Latinas was inspiring. Truly grateful to HPGM for keeping me involved with their community and a big shoutout to the Marquette student chapter for hosting such an awesome event! I look forward to many more! #HPGM

Rosa joins us after having served as the Communications Manager at Acts Housing and as an Advisory Board Member for the Cutler Scholars Program at Ohio University. Her expertise in strategic communications and community engagement will be invaluable as we continue to expand our impact across Wisconsin. Outside of work, Rosa enjoys reading, journaling, cooking, and exploring passions that help fuel her creativity.
