nothing i hate more than HR software that forces me to do HR the way THEY think is best example: performance mgmt software can have an opinion on things like what questions to ask, who has read/write access, etc... it can even have a REALLY STRONG OPINION INFORMED BY THEIR TEAM OF I/O PSYCHOLOGISTS ?? but if you force my hand on some of these core architecture decisions, i probably will not implement your software i hope this catches on more
