Building this business has allowed us to meet so many incredible new people. Some have become clients and others have become marketing partners. Some have even taught us how to be more valuable to both our clients and partners. Finding these connections and nourishing them is what keeps us motivated to develop, grow, and take those leaps of faith as small business owners. ? These connections always remind me of why we chose this. During one of our many late night work sessions, Ana jokingly said “should we close down the business and actually sleep again?” And the first thing I thought, before I yelled “Omg, no way!”, were the all the connections and relationships we’ve built along the way. I thought of how difficult it would be to say goodbye to our community. ? It really is the fuel and the joy that lets us pour ourselves into the work with Hire Ellas. Our community is our why. We wouldn’t want to give that up for anything. ?
