Hinman College is a community filled with passionate and selfless students looking to participate in service opportunities and actively encourage one another. It has ambitious residents that develop into leaders within Hinman, the University and the greater Binghamton community. The opportunities afforded to residents of Hinman are endless and extremely valuable. The Hinman College Council (HCC) is our student-run area government, which creates and provides many of the opportunities and experiences students so passionately get involved with. HCC is a large, friendly and supportive group for emerging leaders within the hall and the community at large.
