On World Water Day, #TeamHGS and DHAN Foundation joined forces for a systematic beach cleanup. In just one hour, over 650kg of debris was removed. With the support of the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, plastic, rubber, and other waste were collected and safely disposed of. What made this initiative truly special was the active participation of local fisher community adolescents from Visakha Machikara Kalanjia Samkhya! They not only contributed to the cleanup but also engaged with our people, exchanging insights and perspectives through informal conversations.
