Alejandra’s journey is one of growth and resilience—starting as an office administrator and working her way up to Director. “I’m proud of every step I’ve taken to get here. I wouldn’t change a thing—I love coming to work every day,” she shares. When asked about a woman she admires, Alejandra doesn’t look to history books—she looks to her mother. “She may not be famous, but to me, she’s everything.” We are grateful for Alejandra’s leadership, passion, and the care she brings to her team and our guests. And when she’s not supporting our team, she’s a passionate traveler who fell in love with Fiji’s breathtaking beauty and warm hospitality. Supporting Najah is an HR team that truly embodies Hilton’s culture of care. Nanette Medina, HR Manager, is the go-to person for onboarding, benefits, compliance training, and team member events, ensuring our people feel supported from day one. She’s passionate about building a workplace where every voice is heard and every team member feels a sense of belonging. A dedicated traveler, she loves exploring destinations like Mexico City and Oaxaca, where rich history, vibrant culture, and incredible food create unforgettable experiences. Over the years, she’s built lasting friendships with coworkers and clients alike, all while continuing the legacy of Fess Parker himself. Denise’s love for travel has taken her from the historic landscapes of the Middle East to the breathtaking beauty of Hawaii and the Caribbean. And when it comes to inspiration, she admires Amelia Earhart for her courage and adventurous spirit—qualities she brings to her own career. Meet Paige: As Senior Catering Sales Manager, Paige is known as the go-to expert for catering and has been instrumental in developing the resort’s local catering market, planning numerous events that support the Santa Barbara community. With over $25 million in revenue generated and two Circle of Excellence awards, her impact speaks for itself. Her passion for travel has taken her from the magic of Scotland to the vibrant culture of Mexico, each experience enriching her perspective on hospitality.
