  • Meet Jerralyn K. - Assistant Spa Director at Serenity by the sea Spa ?? Jerralyn’s journey began in 2002 when she was looking for an assistant role after college. A recruiter introduced her to Serenity by the Sea Spa, and despite never having worked in a spa before, she started as the Spa Shoppe Manager and quickly fell in love with the environment. While she enjoyed the flexibility of her previous role as Esthetician Supervisor, Jerralyn was eager for a new challenge. She cherished her time in the treatment room and is happy she can still care for her regular guests. Now, as Assistant Spa Director, Jerralyn is enthusiastic about learning new skills and finding innovative ways to enhance the spa experience for both the team and guests. Q&A with Jerralyn ?? Q: What is one tip you would give to someone who is coming to Serenity/a Spa Day for the first time? Jerralyn: For those visiting us for the first time, I highly recommend giving yourself plenty of extra time to truly immerse in the experience. Serenity by the Sea Spa offers a variety of amenities designed to enhance your relaxation and enjoyment.   • Meet Stephanie C. - Executive Meetings Manager here at Hilton Sandestin ?? Stephanie joined Hilton Sandestin as the Front Office Rooms Controller in October 2018 after relocating from Texas. Prior to this, she completed her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Houston Conrad Hilton School of Global Hospitality Leadership and the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, which provided her with a solid foundation in the industry. Stephanie's role at Hilton Sandestin has allowed her to fully immerse herself in the dynamic world of hospitality. She is passionate about interacting with clients and takes great pride in building relationships with both new and returning guests. She states that “each day presents new opportunities to create memorable experiences and ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued”.
