We are excited to announce the promotion of Stephanie Bradley to General Manager of the HILTON SAN DIEGO AIRPORT/HARBOR ISLAND, effective October 1st. Stephanie has been a key member of the Hilton team as the Controller/HR Director, bringing with her 17 years of hospitality experience. Her journey began as a Night Auditor at the Holiday Inn On The Bay, where she quickly rose to Director of Finance, demonstrating exceptional financial acumen and leadership. Since joining Bartell Hotels in 2014, Stephanie’s role has grown to encompass Human Resources, where she has been instrumental in onboarding new team members, leading training, and fostering a culture of engagement. Stephanie’s deep knowledge of Hilton operations, combined with her extensive involvement in hotel management and labor relations, makes her the perfect fit to lead Hilton Harbor Island. We look forward to seeing her continued success and her positive impact on both the Hilton and Bartell Hotels teams. After 54 years full of accolades and accomplishments too numerous to mention, Luis Barrios is retiring as the General Manager of the Hilton Harbor Island / San Diego Airport.?Luis’s career included tenures as General Manager of the Omni, Catamaran, and Hacienda.?He has also been past President of the Hotel-Motel Association, past Chair of the California Hotel and Lodging Association, and Board Member of the San Diego Tourism Marketing District.?Luis was inducted into the Hall of Fame by the California Hotel and Lodging Association and was named Hotel Person of the Year in 2019 by the San Diego County Lodging Association.? ??? We celebrate Luis’s innumerable contributions and for his decades of dedication to the hospitality industry which he loves so much.?We also thank Luis for all that he has done for the Hilton and for Bartell Hotels.?Luis’s legacy will continue to inspire us and he will be greatly missed.?We wish Luis the very best for a fulfilling and joyous retirement.
