Bringing nearly 20 years of hospitality experience,?Justin joins us at an exciting time of transformation. He’ll be overseeing our restaurants, bars, events, guest services, and more, guiding us as we reimagine the guest experience. When asked about his role, Justin shared, "First and foremost, my responsibility is to fill the world with the warmth and light of hospitality—this was our founder’s dream, and I remind myself of it every day." Justin is eager to work alongside our team, especially as we gear up to open a new marketplace and bar this January — just in time for NAMM! He’s all about adding a personal touch to these spaces, aiming to create an environment where every detail contributes to a memorable experience. In his first few months, Justin has big goals. He’s excited about, "new innovative food and beverage offerings, creative meetings, and a beautiful urban oasis," but it’s his commitment to balancing technology with the human touch that sets him apart. A self-proclaimed tech geek, Justin believes that while technology will play a bigger role in hospitality, "nothing replaces the warmth of human connection. It’s all about finding that balance to create meaningful, memorable moments for our guests." Our annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest brought out the creativity and Halloween spirit in full force! ??? Every October, our team members get into the Halloween spirit with our Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Each department receives a pumpkin to decorate any way they choose, resulting in a display of incredible creativity, teamwork, and friendly competition! This year’s lineup was one of our best yet, with themes ranging from Where the Wild Things Are and Up!, the Tin Man, a Demogorgon from Stranger Things, and even a playful nod to our hotel’s current renovation.? ? Our guests love being part of the fun, casting votes for their favorites and enjoying the spirited Halloween energy.?
