We Are Hiring: Logistics Assistant? Ocean Oil Services is looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team in Sharjah.? ? Key Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory management. - Support sales and procurement operations by ensuring spare parts and equipment are delivered as per customer requirements. - Maintain detailed records of logistics activities, including shipments, and follow-ups, to align with company priorities. - Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices and payment transactions with the finance department. - Setup, Monitor and maintain inventory levels (SAP), ensuring stock consistency and conducting periodic physical inventory checks, supervise the inventory stock-in and stock-out report, site maintenance report comply with company policy. - Work closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. - Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies. ? Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in the oil and gas sector. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (Sales & Purchase module) for creating sales and purchase documents. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in managing invoices, payment processing, and maintaining accurate logistics records. - Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. ?
