The surprise took place at the Ross Perot Freedom Museum, with Ross Perot Jr. in attendance, and celebrated CSM Evans’ extraordinary service, which includes earning the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Her tremendous courage and selfless dedication to our country are truly inspiring. On Saturday we celebrated the grand opening of our new community Valencia in Manvel, Texas! Not only did we unveil seven model homes but we also officially welcomed our first residents. Since launching sales in December 2023, Valencia has sold 50 homes, with 20 families already moved in, and there are many more exciting milestones ahead for this special community! Every year, in partnership with Hillwood Communities and the national nonprofit, Building Homes for Heroes, Inc., we build a home for a wounded veteran and their family. This year, we have the honor of building a home for the Sager family. Before the home completion, we hold a Notes of Love event where individuals from each organization are invited to sign the studs of the homes with notes of love, encouragement, and well wishes. ?
