    As an in-house recruiter... I am working on my first law firm search (in a very long time). It truly stood out to me- a "unicorn" both in practice area, lifestyle, salary etc... An opportunity to work and live anywhere in CA (remote), while still making a great salary and not have "big firm" billable hours. Of course I am still 90% in-house.. but every once in a while it is worth the detour and keeping my own skills and knowledge up to date. ;-) Hilltop Legal Recruiting
