Singapore is innovating in tourism by focusing on mental well-being, developing therapeutic gardens for neurodiverse children and those with autism or dementia. These gardens feature UV light mazes and memory-triggering signage to enhance mood and reduce stress. By 2030, there will be 30 such gardens, supporting Singapore's aim to be a top wellness destination and enhance its eco-tourism appeal. This initiative is backed by scientific research showing mental health benefits. Read more here ?? #MentalHealthTourism #EcoTourism

PRTFs (Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility) like Hillside provide life-saving services to children, adolescents, and young adults with complex mental health conditions. We are grateful for the support of the Kiwanis community and the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta's 100+ years of partnership with Hillside ??

Athletes are increasingly facing significant stress as they strive to secure Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals. The intense pressure to attract sponsors for endorsements is taking a toll on their mental well-being. Additionally, the relentless pursuit of social media engagement often leads to feelings of dissatisfaction, particularly as high-performing athletes find themselves comparing their achievements to the often idealized personas they encounter online.
