Saw this yesterday on X Create an email rule to move anything with “unsubscribe” in it to a different folder. I don’t auto-delete because sometimes I need to find the email. I’ve been doing this for 15 years as an Exchange Server rule. If something important gets filtered, I just add that sender to an exception list. I only remember to delete them every year or so. This prompted me to look…37,448 emails! Surprisingly satisfying…like power washing your inbox.
