Great progress is being made on the Hunt Regional Medical Center in Royse City, Texas. The Hunt Regional Healthcare Medical Center will house a state-of-the-art emergency facility that offers a full spectrum of physician care, including five in-patient beds, 10-bay emergency specialty hospital, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, primary care, and various specialty practices, such as Women’s Care and Orthopedics. We are proud to be partnering with Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors and architect Page Southerland Page to develop the two-story 70,000 SF facility. #BuildingBetterOutcomes
We continue moving forward on the Hunt Regional Medical Center Royse City. The exterior masonry is being laid, metal panels will be installed in several areas along the outside of the building to give dimension and contrast to the brick. The parking lot has been poured, and great progress has been made in the interior including hanging drywall. Construction remains on schedule for completion in the first half of 2025.

After three years, we are thrilled to share the completion of our JJ Pearce High School Addition and Renovation project for Richardson Independent School District! This project features a 295,000 sf renovation and 280,000 sf of new construction completed on an active campus through four phases. The scope includes a new auditorium, storm shelter, robotics competition space, digital communications area, film studio, culinary arts space, and a new school entry. One week ago today, I finished up my internship with Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors. This summer has been one that I have grown to be very thankful for. I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best professionals in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience that I couldn't have found anywhere else. From attending project meetings to assisting in on-site tasks, every day brought new learning opportunities and challenges.
