Hill Electric’s Director of Business Development and Marketing, Angela Gardner, joined 84 Lumber’s Christi Powell at TEDxClemsonU to discuss the crucial need for women in construction. Their talk, "Vision to Victory: Through Blueprints and Breakthroughs," emphasized that only 10% of construction workers are women and that the industry would need an additional 501,000 workers by the end of 2024 to meet demand.
