And just like that — another amazing Hill Comm semester has come to a bittersweet end! In our final firm-wide of the semester, we celebrated our team’s success by sharing account highlights and achievements, recognizing our account MVPs and honoring the commitment of our members. A special shoutout to our semester’s freshmen interns, who presented their impressive mock campaign strategies to their firm and executive board with the highest praise. ???? The Annietober 365 Foundation is excited to announce we are working with Hill Communications the boutique, student-run public relations firm through S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Working alongside Annie's peers to continue her mission of educating people about swabbing for the bone marrow registry and raising money to cure cancer is an honor. We are excited to watch this partnership unfold. Together, we will have exciting plans to announce early next year. Thank you Dean Mark Lodato and Professor Anthony D'Angelo for helping make this happen. Also thank you to Madeline Brachfeld for managing our account with passion, creativity and skill. We have a very exciting update to share! With the 2024-2025 academic year on the horizon, we are proud to unveil the new leadership of Hill Communications. These individuals embody the commitment to excellence that Hill Comm is renowned for, and we cannot wait to begin another successful year full of innovation, excitement and dedication to our clients. As a first-year intern at student-run public relations agency Hill Communications, public relations student Hayley Ipsaro joined the client team for GreenHill Investment Reporting-and learned about the power of human connection in the PR industry. “Reflecting on my journey with Hill Communications and GreenHill Investment Reporting, I am filled with immense gratitude and pride. These past four years have not only shaped my professional skills but have profoundly impacted my personal growth,” she said.

Anthony D'Angelo, a longtime member of PRSA as well as a former Chair, has been appointed Chair of the Public Relations Department at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications. After working for 30 years in agency and corporate public relations positions, Anthony joined the Newhouse School in 2015, where he most recently served as interim chair of the PR Department. Since then, he has served as the director of both the master’s program in communications management and the Financial and Investor Communications Emphasis (FICE). He will continue in his role leading the School’s executive education efforts. His writing and commentary on public relations and strategic communications have been featured in The New York Times, BusinessWeek, the Financial Times, USA Today and more. He was also a regular contributor to The Wall Street Journal’s “Crisis of the Week” column. Congratulations!
