It is once again with great pride that Dennis/ John (Michael not pictured) and I announce the winners of HBL Employees of the Quarter (Q3), Sarah Talbitzer and Nichole David! Sarah Talbitzer – Sarah is our 2nd ever 3-time winner and this is not by accident! From the time Sarah hits our floor at 6:45- 7am, she is ready to make an impact. Very few in this building want to WIN more than Sarah. She has a talent for quickly building relationships with carriers and then launching into selling them on why they should partner with us on freight moves daily. Her desk is always well organized and she is eager to help her teammates grow/be successful. Sarah lives many of our core values but the one that comes to mind first is Being Better Every day. Thank you Sarah for your commitment to HBL and to our Team. We’re excited to watch you continue to grow your story here. 1% Nichole David – Nichole is a first time winner, but it wouldn’t shock anyone if she continues to add to her trophy case quickly. In 7 months here at HBL, Nichole has established herself as one of the most consistent and hard working CSR’s. Dennis is always quick to mention it’s nice knowing rain or in today’s case snow we can count on Nichole to be here and deliver for our Customers and Account Managers. Nichole has shown the ability to catch on quickly around here and it’s this amongst other talents that has led her to help support 4 of our Top-10 customers daily. She comes in with a great attitude and we’re certainly glad she is on our side.
