At Hill's Pet Nutrition, giving back is an integral part of who we are, and helping students explore career opportunities is a rewarding way to make a difference. Through our Jumpstart Employee Resource Group at our HQ office, we’re proud to partner with PREP-KC, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting six school districts in the Kansas City metro, which have nearly 67,000 students from diverse, low-income communities. Our volunteers participated in eight events this year, reaching over 400 students with classroom talks, virtual mentorships, and career-focused workshops, earning us one of the Top Volunteer Partner Awards.
