Before heading out to MIPIM this year, the team at Hilco Real Estate Finance recently completed a ￡29.5m loan secured on prime London assets in Knightsbridge and Mayfair ??? We're delighted to have completed another deal on the blue square of the monopoly board, allowing a borrower to acquire two great assets out of a challenging enforcement process ?? This deal was led by Charles Job and Matt Wylie, CFA who did an excellent job underwriting and executing the deal ?? We would also like to thank Chen Ikeogu, Paul Andrews, and Lilli Sutherland for their help on this complex legal transaction ??

We are delighted to announce that Hilco Real Estate Finance has completed a ￡14.2m development exit loan in Leeds ????? This deal takes our recent loan completions to over ￡50m ?? The 12-month loan with a net LTV of 74% demonstrates that we have the leading development exit product in the market, with the team able to unlock value where other lenders cannot ??
