“Oh, this is what my job will be after AI.” We just launched Insights for AI Decisioning, and I’ve been talking to customers about how they can leverage it to improve their marketing. Insights automatically surfaces hidden patterns in customer engagement based on the automatic experimentation of AI agents—for example, campaigns with swimming creative perform really well when being sent to users who participate in high-impact sports/activities. As I talked through what Insights does, a lifecycle marketer at a major retailer said, “Oh, this is what my job will be after AI” -- something about how AI agents take away some of their tedious work to give them time to come up with new ideas and new strategies based on data just clicked. No one knows all the ways AI will impact marketing in the long-term—we just have perspectives, and there isn’t “one playbook” for marketing. But I am personally compelled by the idea that AI can enable, enhance, and expand the work and impact of marketers- and we’ll keep building toward that future at Hightouch.
