Tammy brings over a decade of experience in reporting, analytics, and strategic leadership. She is deeply experienced in report suite design and development, data visualization, and KPI identification. She is passionate about helping teams articulate their vision and mission, develop their strategic plan, and build systems and practices to execute those plans flawlessly. Power BI is her happy place. ? Most recently, Tammy led several operations analytics teams for a midsize health insurance company in the Midwest, where she was responsible for designing and implementing one of the first and most widely-used Power BI suites in the organization. Previously, she was the director of analytics for an independent school development office in the Pacific Northwest. She holds a Master’s degree in Analytics from North Carolina State University and an Economics degree from Gettysburg College. She is an active volunteer and serves on the board of the DSM Data & Analytics Meetup. ? An avid baker, crafter, and gamer, Tammy lives in Des Moines, Iowa with her husband, daughter, and their two cats.
