10 Years Ago Today... On this day, ten years ago, the Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts held a Ribbon Cutting ceremony to honor the opening of its new office at 11 Norwich Street in Worcester. A Citation was granted by Senator Michael Moore, in recognition of the establishment of the Worcester County colleges' new partnership.
