Stop by the Fayetteville Administration Building at 113 W. Mountain to check out the hard work that has been put into developing a permit-ready building design program with plans to offer more pre-approved options than any other municipality in the nation. Amazing!
View from my seat at Fayetteville City Hall where we have an exhibit all week on our Permit-Ready Building Design Program! Come see us during business hours, or for the exhibit opening tomorrow from 4:30-5:30! https://lnkd.in/gyJ-SMU5

Erin is an absolute rock star for us!
Today marks 5 years since I joined the team at High Street Real Estate & Development, and I can honestly say they have been the most fulfilling and rewarding years of my career. I have nothing but gratitude towards Ward Davis and (the late and dearly missed) Morgan Hooker for seeing potential in me, entrusting me with this position, and providing incredibly strong leadership and mentorship along the way. I have had the privilege of working on some of the best planned developments and most beautiful buildings, undeniably in the region, but probably in the entire state of Arkansas. And more importantly, I've been given the opportunity to work along side some of the most brilliant and creative professionals from across the country, continuously learning from them as we bring these projects to life. And with Jason Keathley joining our leadership team last year, I've returned to receiving guidance from him, with his strengths in business management and years of construction expertise, just as I did in my previous career role under his management. With that, here are some pretty pictures of some projects that I was able to help bring to fruition these last few years, and I can't wait for everyone to see what High Street Real Estate & Development has in store for our community in the next five!

Fun class.
Ward Davis, Marshall Saviers, and Phillip Taldo came to visit my afternoon Basic Econ class. It was another excellent class session with the students asking questions the entire class period. I am very grateful for these gentlemen taking their time to help educate my students. Econ is everywhere.
