High Road Alliance

High Road Alliance convenes partnerships to open doors to equitable, inclusive employment opportunities and career advancement. We work locally and regionally to expand the availability of training programs that integrate academic, technical, workplace, and digital skills training; incorporate hands-on and work-based learning; value and build on adults’ prior knowledge and experience; and lead to stackable certifications and high quality careers. We also work at the state level to document effective practices, facilitate peer learning, and inform policy and systems change. We believe in high road employment that offers family-sustaining wages and benefits, is equitably accessible, and contributes toward shared prosperity and a sustainable economy.
