?? Student Spotlight: Anett Michele Ibarra ?? Anett Michele Ibarra is a standout student in the Health Careers program majoring in Veterinary Assisting. ???? Anett is deeply passionate about her chosen path, believing that "veterinarians don't just treat animals; they treat the people who love them." ???? This powerful statement reflects her understanding of the emotional connection between pets and their owners. "For example," Anett explains, "when a family’s dog is sick, the veterinarian doesn’t just focus on the animal’s treatment. As the quote says, 'Veterinarians don't just treat animals; they treat the people who love them,' by providing guidance and reassurance to the worried owners, ensuring both the pet and its family receive the care they need." ???? Health Careers Instructor Falisha Bowers praised Anett's dedication and determination. ?? "Anett is a dedicated senior working to complete a two-year Health Careers Tech program in just one year. She is an exceptional student in and out of the classroom, demonstrating focus, motivation, and a strong commitment to her goals." ??? In addition to her academic achievements, Anett has enlisted in the military and will begin serving following her graduation in May. ???
