Our ideation sessions leverage expertise from across the business, as well as external partners and suppliers, to develop innovation concepts. Tell us about a leader in your career or a role model you admire.? One who stands out in particular?was not only an incredible mentor and coach but also?invested the time to understand me as a person. He encouraged me to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and embrace discomfort. This support provided a safe space to learn from setbacks without fear of failure. I try to apply this same leadership style to foster innovation, continuous learning, and leadership development within the Commercial Centre of Expertise.?? ? How has HLF supported your career advancement???? When I joined HLF, we were just launching our new Commercial Centre of Expertise model, and I got the chance to help shape and define our strategic direction. I’ve been trusted to create a clear vision and set goals to inspire my amazing team, foster collaboration across the business and navigate change with resilience. One of the highlights has been developing new capabilities in Revenue Growth Management to help generate category growth. These experiences have not only enriched my career but have also allowed me to offer my team valuable opportunities for their own professional development.? ? What advice can you share with aspiring female leaders??? Build your confidence by recognizing your success. I often find it very uncomfortable to speak about my accomplishments, however I learned early on that you have to make your work and impact visible.? ? Don’t let perfectionism or self-doubt stand in your way. A motto I learned early in my career is that?“trying but failing is ok, failing to try is not.” Not everything in your career journey will go according to plan however, these are the moments I’ve learned from the most.? #Womeninleadership #ChangingTheWayWeSeeFood
