This role requires a highly motivated leader with enthusiastic energy, great customer service, problem solving and multitasking skills. The Member Services Director will collaborate with and report to the VP of Operations. Duties and Responsibilities: ?Provide excellent service to all students, families, and co-workers. ?Create and maintain a welcoming, caring and professional environment for all. ?Work in a team environment while building and maintaining healthy, collaborative and cooperative relationships. ?Communicate positively, efficiently and effectively. ?Adhere to and train Member Services team on all policies and procedures both organizationally and departmentally. ?Successfully execute annual Member Services budget while carefully managing expenses and surpassing monthly revenue goals. ?Supply excellent support and resolve issues for families. ?Enroll families into programs and memberships. ?Answer phones and direct as needed. ?Follow and train team on all Member Services procedures. ?Drive increased awareness and sales to all programs, departments, events and operations. ?Cleaning and maintaining the lobby. ?Identify any skill gaps within areas of supervision then undertake a recruitment, training and/or development program to support the Member Services team. ?Direct Member Services team on daily duties and responsibilities. ?Schedule and provide tours of the facility as needed. ?Provide administrative support for all programs. ?Accurately post billing and payments on multiple platforms. ?Educate families about our programs and encourage them to enroll. ?Complete additional duties as assigned by their supervisor. ?Execute engaging and detailed training courses for the Member Services team. ?Onboard each new member services team member. ?Provide 30/60/90-day reviews to new Member Services hires. ?Plan, execute and occasionally attend community events. ?Attend weekly meetings with leadership team. ?Complete and schedule rental requests. ?Prepare weekly Member Services schedule and communicate it effectively in advance. ?Prepare and send weekly department updates to Senior Leadership team. ?Facilitate and execute annual Member Services budget while actively working towards growth throughout all programs of the Organization. ?Additional duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor or Senior Leadership team.
