Last week, we officially launched our new low-interest revolving loan program, funded by an initial seed donation of $500,000 from Providence Health Plan. Our new revolving loan program was developed to spur workforce housing development by helping offset land acquisition, pre-development, and construction costs that often prevent projects from getting started. The first project using this new loan is located in SE Bend and is the future home site of the lovely family shown. We are honored to partner with Mid Oregon Credit Union, Bend Redmond Habitat for Humanity, Hiatus Homes, and Cascade Precision Homes to make this initial project a reality.
