Another BOI Update: Parker Rutherford, CPA provides the latest update on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) / Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting, noting that FinCEN has announced no penalties will be enforced for failure to comply with the March 21, 2025 deadline, and that a rule change is expected to narrow reporting requirements to foreign companies only. We will continue to monitor developments and recommend business owners consult legal counsel for compliance.
