Earlier this fall, HGL was proud to sponsor a hole at the 10th?Annual Charles B. McCauley Golf Tournament, presented by Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church at Trosper Golf Course in Oklahoma City. Representing HGL in the tournament, our team included David Lloyd (HGL President), Marcus Cox (HGL Senior Project Manager), Kameron Lloyd (David’s son), and Daniel Haynes (David’s cousin). Fun Fact: The tournament championship trophy is called the Hollis Lloyd Cup, respectfully named after our founder, who loved his church and the game of golf with great passion. The tournament also included a hole in memory of Hollis, so it was an extra special day for our team! We had a tee-rific time supporting Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church and were honored to participate in this event! #HGLConstruction #InOurCommunity

We’re excited to spotlight one of our recent projects! Our team completed the ADAL Fire Crash Rescue Building in support of the Oklahoma Air National Guard in Oklahoma City. The project involved adding to and renovating the ADAL Fire Crash Rescue Building, including a new bay on the north side of the building and a wet pipe fire suppression system throughout. The renovation also included upgrading the electrical and HVAC systems, converting existing offices into dorm room sleeping quarters, remodeling the kitchen and dining area, converting the training room into a workout room, and other incidental work. Halloween is always a frightfully fun day at HGL Construction! Our team celebrated one of our favorite holidays with a costume contest, group lunch, and spooky treats. Representing a cereal killer, a bread winner, a sand witch, a Karen (named Karin) and our very own Lady Gaddis-Bridgerton, our team had PUN with some clever costume ideas.? On September 14, a few members of our HGL family enjoyed a fun Game Day together in Norman as we cheered our Oklahoma Sooners on to victory against Tulane.
