From the imaginary gardens of Pippi Longstocking to the historic gardens of famed Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus, the American Swedish Institute’s Nelson Cultural Center draws on Swedens rich cultural history while integrating sustainable technologies ???? Swedish Gords (a series of small outdoor rooms) and open lawns provide a field for geothermal wells while doubling as a gathering space. Your workplace should reflect the purpose of your work. Every organization has a purpose, aligned to their mission and vision, that drives them. Culture | At General Mills, spaces for socialization allow for employees of all generations to get to know each other outside of meetings. ??: Farmkid Studios ?? Equity | At General Catalyst, zoning supports neurodivergent employees in selecting the space they feel the most comfortable and productive place to work in. ??: Chad Davies ?? Sustainability | Exploring the relationship between well-being and design, we developed a Healthier & Sustainable Interior Materials Selection Guide. ??: Lawrence Anderson Studio ?? Well-Being | At Dropbox, visual connections with nature reduce stress, amplify emotional functioning and improve concentration. ??: Chad Davies ??
