We are proud to have partnered with the Illinois Attorney General's Office's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and HHS Office of Inspector General in the investigation that led to prosecution of a former Illinois Medicaid provider who pleaded guilty to Managed Health Care Fraud for billing for psychotherapy services never rendered. The former provider was sentenced to three years in prison and was ordered to pay $2.2 million in restitution.
