From tree-huggers, artists, and activists, to tech mavens, policy nerds, and everyone and anyone in-between— we are your local community platform providing tools and programs for those looking to do something about the climate crisis. ?? Concrete rivers are 20th century solutions to 20th century problems, but they can’t keep up with climate change. We need nature based solutions that work with, not against nature. By capturing more water upstream, strategically naturalizing the river itself and reclaiming some of its flood plain we can provide multiple benefits including flood prevention, sucking up carbon, capturing water and greening our communities. We can reimagine an LA River that Angelenos will cherish for generations.
