Weekly Customer Calls catch a TON of insights that matter to stakeholders.     ?? Criteo Client Feedback Revolution: One source of truth with Marvin. At Criteo, we thrive on data-driven decision-making. But with a global team of 3,500+ and a complex product portfolio, our client knowledge was too often siloed. To tackle this, Anne-Sophie Guillou and I embarked on a journey to implement a centralized, AI-powered research repository—one that would not just serve researchers but empower the entire company with client insights. We had the pleasure of sharing our experience with Designshot in their latest episode of Shots, where we discussed: ?? Criteo’s vision of moving from a researcher-centric repository to a company-wide “single source of truth” for client feedback. ?? Collaboration across teams—product managers, designers, sales, and marketing—to ensure the tool meets everyone’s needs. ??     A great software experience makes users feel in control and eager to return. Here's how UX designers create great products for their users ?? → Make sign-up effortless → Guide users through onboarding without overwhelming them → Make navigation intuitive and use clear labels → Provide self-service options such as FAQs and chatbots to give users control over their experience → Use personalized dashboards, in-app nudges, and feature highlights to keep users engaged → Test your tool on different screen sizes, network conditions, and real-world setups to make sure it's usable across multiple devices ?? But before you implement these best practices, STOP and consider this... Best practices in general don't mean they're best practices for YOUR users. Always talk to your users FIRST to create a better experience for them!
