One of our clients, City Wide Facility Solutions (Wichita), approached us about producing a video to be shown at an industry conference at which they were receiving an award. Their leadership team showed us examples from other branches and years past, and we got to work brainstorming ideas. Our creative team decided on a timely theme/song—Popular from Wicked. ?? Here's a look at our process! ?? 1. First, we wrote a shot list outlining exactly what we wanted to capture during our shoot! It was thorough, including the equipment we planned to bring, the angles of each shot, and which members of their team would be featured throughout the video. 2. We then executed our plan, filming at three different locations—City Wide's office, Charles Koch Arena at WSU, and Oldtown Wichita. 3. After filming the content, we sat down and edited the video. This time, it was a collaborative effort between our digital media specialist and one of our social media strategists. 4. Once the video had gone through internal and client revisions, it was complete, and the final version was ready to send to City Wide! ???
