Six of our team members attended the 2024 Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) Leadership Forum last week in Washington, D.C! ?? It was an energizing experience to connect with WRISE members from across the country, sharing knowledge, building relationships, and championing diversity in the renewable energy space. Tomorrow, we celebrate a big milestone— Nicholas Ford’s 9th Hexaversary! ?? Nick took an early leap of faith as the 2nd full-time team member and, in doing so, became a foundational pillar of who we are today. As our first “true” engineer, he helped shape the projects and innovations at Hexagon Energy and our company culture in ways that will forever leave a mark. ?? Today, we recognize the 3rd Hexaversary of two Hexagoners, Josh, Transmission Planning Manager, and Meghan, Operations Manager.??? Josh has played an instrumental role in advancing Hexagon's understanding and capability in the increasingly important spaces of transmission planning and interconnection analysis. His strong attention to detail, and nuanced understanding of complicated rule sets governing interconnection keep us well positioned to originate and deliver valuable projects amid reforms in the rapidly changing landscape of utility interconnection. Meghan is an operational rockstar. She is essential in ensuring our systems run smoothly and that our team can operate efficiently and effectively. She is a dedicated Hexagon team member with whom everyone truly enjoys working. We are very lucky to have her on the team and excited to celebrate her anniversary.
