Hex Investor Club

The mission of Hex Investor Club is to realize mutual gains from cooperation through the deployment of investment strategies which seek to provide a return on investment that is greater than the sum of its parts. Goals: * Provide profits to shareholders: Invest pooled-capital in collaboratively researched speculative assets, and leverage the time value of money to accrue interest in exchange for time-locking investment for an agreed upon duration of time. * Provide Education: Empower investors with information core to their investment and the systems within which the speculative asset operates. * Build Community Facilitate the free exchange of ideas and opinions within the investor club to give each member a voice as well as a receptive audience of well-intentioned peers. Positively impact the external communities our members engage with. * Promote Growth Refine the skills and behaviors of highly successful investors to improve future performance regarding investments and collaborative projects. Legal Considerations: The decisions made within the investment club are collaborative in nature, demanding the input on behalf of each member willfully. The club is private, and no internal nor external issuing of securities will be offered nor made available to any internal nor external persons. As such, Hex Investment Club owes no reporting duty to the Securities Exchange Committee within the state(s) of operation for the continuation of the club, so long as proper considerations are maintained throughout the lifetime of any and all related projects of the club. (Exclusion from the 1940 Act; Exclusion from the Securities Act of 1933). Membership to Hex Investment Club is expressly private and no new memberships shall be issued nor offered. Hex Investor Club does not collect membership dues. Hex Investor Club roster does not exceed 25 members. There is no expectation of profit from the work of others.
