Planned is a 12-story, 160-unit mass-timber project with ground-level retail and an "urban rest stop," or hygiene facility with showers, restrooms and laundry machines for people without housing. A public restroom is planned along the Roosevelt Way bicycle lane.

The article explores past architectural technology and urban design futurists to situate this new technology within a larger historical context, as well as urges architects to actively explore the possibilities of T2I AI as a design tool, while understanding its limitations.
