Tuesday we launched our AI Recruiter Uwi to the public. Feelings: mixed, some people angry, others ecstatic On the one hand we have people for who our AI Recruiter just makes a lot of sense: recruit people on autopilot with higher accuracy than other tools. On the other hand people respond with "scary" or "depressing". This group is clearly worried about AI's role in this world and sees it as a threat, not as an opportunity. I understand both because both are true: AI is making things more productive at least 10x. AI is also making you redundant if you don't do anything, that's how powerful it is. For the first group, keep doing what you're doing and you'll most likely be in a good position going forward. For the second group, adapt or be replaced. Adapt by looking at AI as a new paradigm shift. It will transform your job, and any job really, and you will have to change with it simply by better understanding what AI is capable of.
