This week, Hospital Corpsman Basic (HCB) students honed their skills in immunization, injection techniques, and treating environmental injuries—essential knowledge for their roles in hospitals, on ships, and in the field. Immunizations are a critical part of military healthcare, ensuring the health of service members and their dependents, while environmental injuries, like heat stress and bee stings, demand readiness in diverse and challenging conditions.
