Hi! My name is Mikayla, founder of Catalyst Consulting. ?? My entrepreneurial spirit has been with me for as long as I can remember. But it wasn't until 2023, that I decided to turn those dreams into reality. 2023 turned out to be a rollercoaster of excitement and challenges, pushing me to lean into being uncomfortable and to make bold moves. In February, I committed to something I had been considering for 2+ years. I completed Birth Doula & TENS training, laying the foundation for The Coastal Doula Co. In June, life had other plans. I was unexpectedly laid off from my full-time corporate home health consulting role. Instead of seeing it as a setback, I embraced the opportunity to do something different. In July, I entered the world of Virtual Consulting. I went from 0-7 clients in just a few weeks, which I will forever be grateful for. This experience kickstarted the creation of what is now known as Managed by Mikayla, LLC. Fast forward to December, the month that changed the game. I not only expanded my team by hiring 10 incredible Virtual Consultants to work alongside me, but I also officially launched Catalyst Consulting, LLC. The journey so far has been nothing short of unbelievable. This isn’t where rubber meets the road though. We are just getting started. ??
