Herlong Sports Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing elite level sports rehab to athletes and all active individuals. At HSPT we develop rehab programs to fulfill the needs of our patients and their life demands. We provide 1 on 1 treatment to optimize your rehab experience and build working relationships with our patients. At Herlong Sports PT expect to receive the latest evidence based treatment strategies including dry needling, joint manipulation, movement retraining, and blood flow restriction training. Herlong Sports is located in Howard County and Carroll County. We are proudly partnered with Campanaro Strength and Conditioning and Mad Lab Performance. Together we collaborate to enhance human performance on every playing surface from the field to the court.
