HerHeadquarters is elevating women-owned businesses through its platform, woman-owned business certification, and corporate services. Since launching in 2019, HerHeadquarters has been a tool women-owned businesses use to access their dream projects, collaborators, and community. Whether they're joining forces on a project, event, or campaign, each collaboration leads to a boost in revenue, exposure, or impact. In 2023, we debuted the SOS 15% Pledge, a mission to increase the amount of spend women-owned businesses receive by 15% over the next 10 years. Our first step is eliminating one of their biggest barriers to exposure, lucrative contracts, and growth opportunities: getting certified. The birth of HerHeadquarters Woman-owned Business Certification is in response to the redlining and barriers disadvantaged women entrepreneurs face when pursuing certification with other programs and is an answer to a decades-long SOS.

When we launched?HerHeadquarters Woman-owned Business Certification, we had two goals: 1. Be the 1st platform where you can outsource work to, hire, and pay????????????????? women-owned businesses 2. Create a?high-value?certification for women in every stage of business?? ? Some of the progress we made in 2024 includes: * 167 businesses got verified on HerHeadquarters * 4.2 star rating on our benefits package, ft. resources from partners?Next Insurance, CEO School, and Husch Blackwell law firm * 53% of certification recipients met the criteria for free legal services (registering for trademark was a crowd favorite) * 60% reported increased credibility with customers * 80% are now able to expand their team in the next 6-9 months Our certification ties strongly into our outsourcing platform.
