Last week our team took to the slopes to enjoy a company retreat in upstate NY. Not only did we spend an amazing time up on the mountain together both skiing and snowboarding, but off the slopes we had some board game battles, visited a unique tasting room, and took time to discuss and enhance our company values. Most notably, we have added a value that we feel sets the foundation for all other values: Build Trust. Without trust in each other, we can't effectively live our other values, collaborate or grow our business. Enshrining this as a new key value for our business helps us to ensure we all create a safe, inclusive, collaborative and innovative work environment for everyone. We've re-defined what it means to truly live all of our values and are excited for the rest of the year ahead, as we are more energized and aligned than ever. Growth in Carrier Digital Capabilities: A 50% increase in digital-ready carriers and a 45% jump in commercial API-enabled products. ?? Expansion in Excess & Surplus Lines (E&S): With 28 carriers offering general liability APIs and 27 offering property package APIs, E&S digitization is booming. ?? Cyber Lines on the Rise: 32% growth in API-enabled cyber products since last year, addressing the protection gap in cyber insurance, estimated at 90%.
