Hera Hub is a network of female-focused (gender inclusive) coworking spaces. Members come to create and collaborate in a professional, productive, spa-like environment. The platform provides members with connections to other business experts, access to educational workshops, and visibility within the community... thus giving them the support they need to be prosperous. The platform is truly a business accelerator. It provides daily programming to keep its members connected, productive and accountable. In-person and virtual programming includes daily mentoring, hands-on workshops, and business feedback sessions. As of the end of 2021, Hera Hub and its family of brands have supported over 13,000 businesses. Hera Hub was the first female-focused coworking concept to expand nationally and internationally. There are currently six Hub locations with several more in the works across the country. Women in Banking: A Rare Sight, African American Women Even Rarer ? From a young girl dreaming outside Milwaukee's glass towers to a 30-year banking veteran, Felicia Kadima,'s journey is truly exceptional. In an industry where women, especially women of color, remain underrepresented, her story shines bright. https://lnkd.in/gCeMc7Xs Despite progress, women hold only 33.8% of official and managerial positions in the Securities subsector. For African American women like Felicia, the numbers are even more stark - they comprise just 7% of officials and managers in Banking/Credit. Felicia's success is a beacon of hope and a testament to perseverance.
