DEI isn’t going away, but it is evolving. While objectives remain the same, tactics are shifting. With 80% of senior executives adjusting strategies instead of scaling back, it’s clear DEI is entering a new phase. What an incredible journey it has been partnering with Boehringer Ingelheim and their talented leaders to AMPLIFY voices and ensure all perspectives are heard. As we concluded the final session of Cohort 8, our panelists shared invaluable insights. During the Showcase, participants reflected on their journeys, shared key learnings, and engaged their managers in meaningful conversations about how to sustain growth and development. Moments like these reinforce the power of collective learning and collaboration. A special thank you to our amazing panelists: ? Ruth: Your guidance on how to own the room and silence the inner critic was transformative. ? Tehzeeb: The career blueprint strategies you shared deeply resonated and provided clarity for future steps. ? Shirell: Your lessons on embracing discomfort as we strive for greater responsibilities inspired courage and growth. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to Simone E. Morris, and Tracy Tsai for fostering spaces that encourage vulnerability, spark meaningful dialogue, and lead to true transformation.

Last week, we hosted our quarterly Roundtable, bringing together top executives, Heads of Talent, L&D, and DEI for a compelling discussion on Making Sponsorship Work for Women. Donna Wilson shared the remarkable story of the enterprise-wide sponsorship program she launched at Johnson & Johnson over a decade ago. Designed to support women and people of color, this initiative continues to drive meaningful change 11 years later! Here’s what contributed to its lasting success: ??Data-Driven Advocacy: Donna leveraged 10 years of data to make a compelling case for sponsorship. ??Focused Participation: The program targeted high-performing women and people of color who had not advanced in 5-8 years. ??Leadership Commitment: With the CEO’s support, sponsors were held accountable for their sponsees' advancement. ??Sponsor Engagement: Sponsors chose matches based on shared interests, fostering greater buy-in and dedication. Thank you, Donna, for sharing this impressive program with us! And a heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us—both familiar faces and new connections—for contributing to such an engaging and insightful conversation. Fifty years ago this month, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act was signed into law. Hard to believe, but before 1974, women couldn’t get a credit card, mortgage, or loan without a male cosigner. This law changed everything, opening doors to financial independence that were previously locked. It’s a powerful reminder of the impact that access—and equitable policies—can have on opportunity. https://lnkd.in/g2BmeBGv
